  What you will do in this role: -
  
  • You will be responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. -
  • You will systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participation in quality of care activities to initiate, implement, and sustain process improvements. -
  • You will provide hands on clinical support for nurses -
  • You will help manager nursing operation around patient care activities, assist in mentoring, teaching and supporting clinical nursing staff. -
  • You will adhere to clinical policies, protocols, regulations and standards. -
  • You will be collaborating with the patient, significant others and health care providers in providing and advocating for patient care.
  • You will consistently set an example of excellence in clinical practice. -
  • You will monitor the patient's progress toward the attainment of outcomes.
  • You will be participating in the improvement of operational functions of the department. -
  • You will establish and maintain effective and respectful communication in development of all collaborative relationships. -
    What qualifications you will need for this role: -
    
    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing -
    • Current licensure in the State of Kansas a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license -
    • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association -
