    • Preferred or nice to have: TNCC, Meditech experience, Been to a 52 bed ER or larger

      • 7P - 7A
      • Day Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod
      • Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod
      • Patient Ratios - 3:1 average, low acuity 5:1, Peds=team nursing - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
