• Requirement to provide primary residency proof for travel nurses in compact license states

    • Must be AHA certified
    • Current nursing license verified through LARA for Michigan hospitals and through NURSYS for others
    • Vaccination requirement includes MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine
    • Annual TB assessment including 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
    • Health statement of good health or completed physical exam

        • Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted.
        • Proof of immunity for Varicella either through vaccination, serological evidence or healthcare provider verification
        • Tdap valid for 10 years
        • Nurses need primary source verification of license within 30 days before assignment start
