• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' substance abuse issues, mental health concerns, and co-occurring disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices, to guide clients on their path to recovery.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to deliver high-quality care remotely.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to address evolving needs.
• Educate clients and their families on substance abuse, recovery principles, and coping strategies.
• Advocate for clients by coordinating with external agencies, social services, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Earn credentials for Clinical License, supported by the organization's commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  Qualifications:
  
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Specialized training or certification in substance abuse counseling.
• Experience in substance abuse counseling within a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in providing virtual therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in substance abuse treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
