Diagnose oral diseases, abnormalities, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tools. Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring their understanding and consent. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions. Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes. Stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education opportunities. Qualifications: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school. Active dental license in the state of Kansas (or eligible for licensure). Proficient in performing general dental procedures and utilizing dental technologies. Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
