  • 8 hour shifts.

      • Schedule Information
      • 8 hour shifts.
        • Additional Details
        • Must be AHA.
        • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
        • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs.
        • Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
        • A physical copy of the license is not required.
        • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics necessary.
        • Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form will be completed onsite.
        • Pre-hire 6 hours attestation needs to be uploaded post-completion.
