Description: - Provide comprehensive care to oncology patients in
an inpatient setting. - Administer chemotherapy and other
medications as prescribed. - Monitor and assess patient progress
and response to treatment. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. - Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans, medication
protocols, and self-care strategies. - Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient care. - Adhere to hospital policies and
procedures, maintaining a high standard of nursing practice. -
Participate in continuous professional development and contribute
to quality improvement initiatives in the oncology unit.
