Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead
their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success
team
Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and
satisfaction
Track and analyze customer data to inform decision-making and
report on customer health
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in customer success or account management,
with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in managing and scaling customer success teams in
a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs
Proficiency in customer success platforms and relevant tools
Experience in driving customer satisfaction and retention
