Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ramp Service Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft on the ground.Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Aircraft Handling: Safely and accurately conduct flight line operations, including fueling, de-icing, and marshaling aircraft.
• Ground Support Equipment: Operate and maintain ground support equipment, such as fuel trucks and tugs, to ensure safe and efficient aircraft handling.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure effective and efficient operations.Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 years of age, valid state driver's license, and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform duties in varying weather conditions.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience: Three to six months experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
